BRASS from Boston

It’s a brass spectacular week as TPO performs with guest trombone soloist Ron Barron, former principal trombone of the Boston Symphony. Barron will join Gudni Emilsson to perform Eric Ewazen’s Palmetto Suite. The brass fireworks continue as the program concludes with Leos Jánácek’s Sinfonietta. The program also features Mahidol composition professor James Ogburn, in the Thailand premier of his work “Wschondi Wiatr” (East Wind).
