Ron will be featured soloist with the Portland State University Wind Ensemble and the Pacific Crest Wind Symphony, all directed by Ed Higgins.  Ron will be performing Eric Ewazen’s “Visions of Light” a grand three movement work inspired by the photos of Ansel Adams.  Additionally Ron will be joined by his former Boston Symphony Orchestra colleague Charles Schlueter in a performance of “Cousins” by Herbert Clarke

The concert is at 3 p.m. at Lake Oswego High School

The following day, March 8th, Ron is offering private lessons at Portland State University and will hold a master class late that afternoon at the school.
